Sunset Photowalk in Namur March 10th 2024 (sponsored by Canon Belgium)

INTRODUCTION:

The city of Namur and its citadel offer superb local perspectives from which to approach sunset photography. The vast panorama seen from the heights of the city will awaken our creativity and make us realise just how photogenic the city of Namur and its heritage are. A perfect session to learn about composition and how to make the most of sunset light.

Suitable for all photography levels (beginner to advanced)

THE WORKSHOP ITSELF

After a refresh of the basics of photography, the emphasis will be on image composition and the variety of framing possibilities in an open environment: from wide scenes with a prominent foreground to minimalist scenes with a telephoto lens. Aperture-related functions as well as manual and automatic focusing will also be covered.
This workshop is sponsored by Canon Belgium and you will get a chance to try different types of lenses / camera bodies.

PRACTICAL INFO:

Maximum 10 participants.
The workshop will start at 5.30pm (CET) and the exact meeting point will be sent to you a few days before the workshop. If weather conditions are not ideal for a safe and enjoyable practice (intense rain, strong wind,…) the workshop will be moved to March 9th 2024 at the same time (other dates or a refund will be offered if the weather is not good on either of these days).
